At SRC Homes, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at an affordable rate. Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery times, shipping rates, and other important details.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day (Saturday before 10:00 AM EST).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

  • We process and ship orders Monday–Saturday (excluding major holidays).

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping Over $75

Orders $50.00 and above qualify for FREE standard shipping anywhere in the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders under $75.00:

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $5.99

This flat rate applies to all products regardless of weight or size.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
Transit times begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Please note: carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your package

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

SRC Homes is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

  • Address changes requested after the order is shipped

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office

  2. Allow 24 hours for a possible carrier update

  3. Contact us at suhail@src-homes.com

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

We will make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
